With the weather expected to be mostly sunny this weekend in Myrtle Beach, you’re probably looking for something to get you out of the house.
Here are four fun events that will help you welcome a sunny April.
1. Eggs from the sky
The ninth annual Helicopter Easter Egg Drop and Hunt event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Thompson Farm and Nursery at 100 Brickyard Place in Conway.
Children can take pictures with the Easter Bunny, play in a play area, feed small animals, visit a petting zoo and take a hay wagon ride to feed buffalo and brahma, according to visitmyrtlebeach.com.
Tickets are $12 at the gate.
Camel and pony rides and a trackless train ride are available for additional fees.
Over 10,000 filled eggs will be dropped from a helicopter.

“Children will learn about the different states of matter for water, and evaporation and absorption. Kids will also use dyed water to create lasting designs once the water evaporates,” according to visitmyrtlebeach.com.
